You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. If you’re not completely happy with your new jewellery, or you simply changed your mind, we’ll exchange it or refund you. We want you to love what you ordered.
Returns
- 30 days to return, counted from the day your order is delivered or picked up
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Once your return is processed, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to show the refund
Exchanges
You can exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Have your order number ready, open the returns portal and choose Exchange.
What can be returned or exchanged
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
- Earrings must be in their original, unopened packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Worn earrings and gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged
How it works
- Open the returns portal and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout
- Choose the items and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange
- Follow the instructions to send your item back. Your refund or exchange is processed once it reaches us
Buy X Get Y Free orders (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free)
Loved some of the items but not all of them? No problem. Exchange any item from your order for another item of the same or lower value and we’ll ship the replacement for free.
1-Year Beautiful Earth Guarantee
Every piece is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. If the material or workmanship of your jewellery fails, we’ll replace it.
The guarantee doesn’t cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, or any modification made after purchase.
